Do what’s right to protect yourself and especially others 🌏👩🏽🤝👨🏻 Stay at home .. but make it nice and cozy for yourself. Pamper yourself. Get creative with workout 🏋🏻♂️ get the sleep you always say you need 💤 🛏 Light candles 🕯 Self care 🧏🏼♂️ but also show care! Sent positive thoughts 💭 to the people in need. To the people struggling and especially to the people on all the front lines working their 🍑 off to help us!! This is the time to be selfless to help one other ❤️ and do that by being thoughtful, kind and humane .. if you do this you’ll be back to your normal lifestyle soon and in the mean time.. don’t panic. ✌🏼☮️
